Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Riyadh is seeking a Senior BIM-CAD Engineer to lead digital delivery for a major airport development. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, establish BIM workflows, and ensure CAD standards across projects from design through construction and handover.

The role requires 10+ years in BIM coordination, strong Autodesk tool proficiency, and ISO 19650 knowledge. You will drive clash resolution, data quality, and asset information readiness for operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in BIM coordination, CAD management, or digital engineering delivery.
• Experience on airport, aviation, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and CDE platforms.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and information management standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage model coordination workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across the airport development program and maintain consistent digital practices.
• Establish BIM workflows, modeling requirements, coordination protocols, and CAD standards.
• Support implementation of BIM Execution Plan and Digital Delivery Strategy.
• Provide technical direction to BIM engineers, CAD technicians, and design teams.
• Verify deliverables meet client requirements, standards, and milestones.
• Coordinate BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architecture, MEP, ICT, and airport systems.
• Federate models, perform clash detection, and conduct interface reviews.
• Resolve clashes and improve engineering solutions through coordinated model development.
• Review drawings for technical quality and project compliance with CAD standards.
• Maintain Level of Development and Level of Information requirements.
• Monitor submissions and track coordination issues; ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate information exchanges between designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support asset information handover and facility management data delivery.
