Job summary

Parsons is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM across large-scale projects in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will establish and maintain models, templates, and standards, ensuring clash-free coordination and data quality for 4D/5D/6D workflows and asset information management.

You will mentor engineers and coordinators, drive BIM execution planning, and support IFC/COBie exchanges while ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and openBIM integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven background coordinating large infrastructure, building, or international mega-projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Establish, configure, and maintain BIM project models, templates, libraries, and shared parameters.
• Define model structures that support coordinated architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure design.
• Implement and maintain the Project BIM Execution Plan.
• Enforce naming conventions, file structures, and information exchange procedures.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Perform clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks Manage.
• Coordinate with design managers to resolve conflicts before construction.
• Maintain federated models and ensure alignment with project coordinate system.
• Review model geometry, metadata, classification, and parameter completeness.
• Prepare model data for 6D facility management and asset handover requirements.
• Support openBIM exchange using IFC and COBie deliverables.
• Adhere to ISO 19650 and project information management requirements.
