Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in BIM, Digital Engineering, or Information Management on major infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading BIM implementation on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong BIM standards, information management, and digital delivery knowledge.
• Experience coordinating consultants and contractors.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• BIM certifications preferred; Autodesk Certified Professional is a plus.
• Experience on giga-projects or large-scale programs is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CDE platforms like Aconex, ProjectWise, and SharePoint desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across all project lifecycle stages.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee multidisciplinary model coordination across engineering disciplines.
• Manage BIM execution plans and information management processes in the CDE.
• Review and approve BIM deliverables from consultants and contractors.
• Support design reviews, clash detection, and project coordination activities.
• Drive integration between BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, and asset information systems.
• Provide technical leadership on BIM best practices and digital engineering.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for successful delivery.
