Job summary

Parsons Corporation, a leading engineering and digital delivery firm, seeks a BIM Manager - Digital Delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees BIM strategy, information management, and model coordination across infrastructure and building projects, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance and high-quality asset information.

You will lead distributed BIM teams, enforce standards, and drive digital handover and asset information management from concept to handover.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
At least 10 years of BIM management or digital delivery experience in AEC.
Experience leading BIM delivery for complex infrastructure and buildings, with international exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM and digital delivery strategies aligned with client objectives.
Establish BIM procedures, data structures, templates, and workflows.
Ensure ISO 19650, BS 1192 compliance and information management standards.
Coordinate multidisciplinary models and oversee federated models across stages.
Lead model coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC processes.
Mentor BIM Coordinators and engineers, managing distributed teams.
