Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an exceptional property leader to serve as the strategic business leader of property operations and to act as General Manager in the absence of the GM.

You will work with the Executive Committee and department heads to develop and implement the operations strategy, ensuring the brand service initiatives are executed and guest needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence.
• Develops and implements the operations strategy and ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
• Oversees operations across Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, Food & Beverage/Culinary and Event Management where applicable.
