Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an experienced technical support professional in Saudi Arabia to assist with DAS & Elmech products across customers, projects, and internal teams. The role includes pre-sales collaboration, documentation, and post-award technical support to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in access control or electromechanical products, with fluent English and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Access Control or electromechanical products.
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for DAS & Elmech products across customers, projects and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales activities with Sales and System Integrators on proposals, solutions and demos including POCs.
• Prepare and review technical docs such as BOQs, submittals and installation guidelines.
• Coordinate with Sales on quotation preparation ensuring alignment with technical requirements.
• Conduct compliance checks with project specs, certifications and regulatory standards.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to sales teams, partners and customers.
• Maintain and update technical docs, certifications and product materials.
• Support product demos, site surveys and evaluations to drive adoption.
• Ensure technical accuracy in all project submissions and customer deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor project activities and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Contribute to post-award technical support and implementation guidance.
