Job summary

ACWA Power in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance across Power and Desalination plants. You will work under supervision to execute outages, equipment overhauls, and routine maintenance while following strict safety rules.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering and at least four years of relevant experience, preferably in NOMAC plants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering with minimum 4 years of field experience.
• Experience in NOMAC plants and mechanical maintenance is required.
• ISO/OHSAS awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Report spare parts and monitor availability.
• Ensure equipment isolation before maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
• Install, inspect, service, and repair mechanical equipment in plants.
• Maintain 5S in the work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
