Job summary

Acwa Operations in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance activities at the Bisha Solar PV Project plant. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, and overhauling work to ensure plant availability and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
8–10 years electrical maintenance experience in water desalination and power plants, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical maintenance activities to meet targets and plans.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance and outages.
Lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses and implement fixes.
Coordinate outages and ensure EHS compliance and safety standards.
Maintain SAP/CMMS documentation for maintenance processes.
