• Develop country-level business with key strategic customers and the Country Manager.
• Implement pricing and promotional strategies and contribute to central discussions.
• Build high-performing teams and translate plans into clear actions at country and central levels.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical, finance, and territory teams to meet customer expectations.
• Establish Saudi in-market goals with measurable performance aligned to company objectives.
