Job summary

Qureos is hiring a customer service professional to coordinate bonded warehousing, cargo storage, container handling, and customs clearance, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for shipments, update customers on status, coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Manifest, and Customs teams, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipments, cargo storage, container movements, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Manifest, and Customs Clearance teams to ensure timely cargo handling and delivery.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate status updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate documentation for cargo receiving, releasing, storage, and customs-related processes.
• Follow up on shipment delays, operational discrepancies, and pending customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate with Finance and Commercial departments on customer invoices, service charges, and related inquiries.
• Prepare customer service reports and monitor service performance to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable port and bonded-zone regulations.
