Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to support logistics and delivery operations within the Supply Chain team. You will coordinate daily deliveries, monitor truck movements, and maintain strong communication with customers and logistics teams to ensure timely, efficient service.

The role requires effective problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, logistics operations, or similar roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and deliveries with customers, drivers, dispatchers and logistics teams.
• Monitor truck movements and optimise utilization.
• Manage delivery exceptions and delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports and monitor performance.
• Ensure delivery documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communicate customer requirements to drivers and teams.
• Escalate issues to Logistics Supervisor if needed.
