Qualifications

• Experience in Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Customer-facing or care experience in logistics or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight shipments with OCCs and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Onboard new customers with accurate requirements, rates, and service agreements.
• Prepare quotations and identify upselling opportunities while following pricing guidance.
• Create and review customer and operational reports to provide insights and improve service.
• Manage claims from reporting to resolution and closure.
• Act as customer advocate to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
