You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, work with Operations, Warehouse, Manifest, and Customs teams, and provide accurate status updates to ensure smooth deliveries.

• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding shipments, cargo storage, container movements, and logistics services.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Manifest, and Customs Clearance teams to ensure timely cargo handling and delivery.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate status updates.
• Handle customer inquiries, service requests, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
• Coordinate documentation for cargo receiving, releasing, storage, and customs-related processes.
• Follow up on shipment delays, operational discrepancies, and pending customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate with Finance and Commercial departments on customer invoices, service charges, and related inquiries.
• Prepare customer service reports and monitor service performance to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable port and bonded-zone regulations.
