Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Logistics Coordinator – PMV to coordinate the movement, allocation, mobilization, and demobilization of plant, machinery, and vehicles across UCC Construction projects in Riyadh. You will maintain accurate records, ensure legal compliance, and support cost-efficient utilization of company-owned, hired, and subcontracted equipment in collaboration with site teams.

The role requires coordinating with project, workshop, transport, procurement, and site teams to meet

Qualifications

Knowledge of plant, machinery, vehicles logistics.
Proficiency in Excel for registers and schedules.
Experience with ERP or asset-management systems.
Background in construction logistics or fleet coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate mobilization, transfer, allocation, relocation, and demobilization of plant, machinery, and vehicles.
Prepare daily and weekly PMV movement schedules.
Coordinate with project teams on equipment requirements, locations, and required dates.
Arrange transportation, loading, unloading, escort requirements, permits, and route planning for PMV movements.
Monitor movement and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that equipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Coordinate the return of hired and surplus equipment to reduce rental and transportation costs.
