Job summary

HSQCO GENERAL CONTRACTING EST is seeking an experienced Equipment Vehicle Operations Business Development Coordinator in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate heavy equipment and vehicle deployment, manage requirements and negotiate rental terms with clients, working closely with equipment owners and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, sourcing equipment, preparing quotations and invoices, and monitoring utilization and profitability while supporting new business

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant Saudi experience in heavy equipment transportation, construction or equipment rental operations.
• Transferable Iqama with minimum 3 months validity.
• Saudi Driving License preferred.
• Languages: Arabic, English, Hindi and Urdu mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate heavy equipment, vehicles and transportation operations.
• Manage equipment requirements, availability and deployment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and equipment suppliers.
• Communicate with clients and negotiate prices and terms.
• Source equipment and obtain competitive rental rates.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, POs and invoices.
• Develop new clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor equipment utilization, operational performance and profitability.
• Handle day-to-day coordination and operations.
• Support business development and help achieve targets.
