Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PMO leadership or delivery controls in technology or professional services.
• Proven track record building or significantly improving a PMO framework.
• Experience governing a portfolio of 8+ concurrent complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the BSD Project Manager team: set expectations, conduct reviews, support development.
• Own end-to-end PMO governance: stage gates, artifacts, approvals, escalations.
• Maintain and optimise the BSD PMO framework: lifecycles, templates, playbooks.
• Own portfolio reporting cadence: weekly health reviews and steering materials.
• Monitor cost performance and enforce baseline discipline before execution begins.
• Standardise RAID governance and manage cross-project dependencies.
