Job summary

WEebook, Inc. in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh region) seeks a PMO Lead to directly lead the Project Manager team within the Business Solutions Department and oversee portfolio governance, delivery compliance, and PMO framework maturity across concurrent projects.

The role focuses on establishing a Center of Excellence, standardised controls, and executive-level reporting for visibility by the Director and CCO. A core outcome is ensuring projects meet or outperform pre-estimated budgets through baseline

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent (required).
• 7+ years in PMO leadership, portfolio governance, or project controls.
• Proven ability to build/improve a PMO framework and deliverables.
• Experience governing multiple concurrent technology/based projects in a delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the BSD Project Manager team: set performance expectations, conduct reviews, support development.
• Own end-to-end PMO governance: stage gates, artifacts, approvals, escalation paths.
• Maintain and improve the BSD PMO framework: lifecycle, standards, templates, playbooks.
• Own portfolio reporting cadence: weekly health reviews, monthly packs, steering materials.
• Enforce baseline discipline and change control to keep projects on budget and schedule.
• Run RAID governance and cross-project risk management to prevent delivery blockers.
