Job summary

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a proactive Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. You will drive scientific engagement, build strong professional relationships, and work toward achieving sales targets with strict compliance to policies.

The role requires a Pharmacy/Medical/Life Sciences degree, prior pharma sales experience, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
Prior experience as a Medical Representative in pharma industry.
Experience in Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, GI or other specialties preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
Promote products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, providing updates to management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities using the company CRM system.
Organize and participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, disease areas, and market developments.
Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry ethics standards.
