Job summary

Jamjoom Pharma in Jeddah is seeking a Medical Representative to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory, expanding scientific engagement and achieving sales objectives.

You will build relationships, deliver product presentations, and travel as needed while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The role emphasizes accurate reporting via CRM and staying updated on disease areas and market developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or related Life Sciences.
• Prior Medical Representative experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Experience in Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology or other specialties is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities using the company's CRM system.
• Organize and participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, disease areas, and relevant market developments.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry ethical standards.
