Rentokil Initial is seeking an Operations Officer - Corporate to ensure effective appointment scheduling, team dispatch, and execution of pest management services per Rentokil Boecker standards. The role emphasises client-focused service and operational excellence across the team in Jeddah.

The candidate will manage schedules, dispatch, stock controls for chemicals and equipment, and coordinate with sales and management.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Remarkable attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments per client availability.
• Dispatch field teams and manage daily on-site technicians.
• Ensure chemicals and non-chemical products are stocked and tracked.
• Prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians and ensure treatments follow the plan.
• Communicate with sales on new clients and sign survey sheets.
• Handle call backs and resolve them within 48 hours.
• Prepare overtime reports for the Operations Manager.
• Assist the Operations Manager with training sessions when needed.
• Attend monthly Operations meetings and highlight issues.
