Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong reporting, monitoring, and attention to detail; decisive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy to meet monthly targets, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify potential clients through prospecting and market analysis.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and demonstrate benefits of Rentokil Boecker® services.
• Survey premises to estimate technical needs and pricing as required.
• Develop proposals and offers for target clients and move to contract closure.
• Present new products to existing clients and strengthen relationships through proactive calls and visits.
• Respond to client needs and coordinate with all parties to fulfill requests.
• Educate clients on processes to maximize value from services.
• Prepare detailed offers and manage post-offer follow-up to contract closure.
• Handle contract renewals where applicable.
• Communicate new sales and renewals to Operations.
• Maintain accurate client data in Rentokil Boecker® systems.
• Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote services.

Job description

The Sales Associate inspects the market and sells Rentokil Boecker® services and products through highly dynamic prospecting, solid relationship building, client presentations, proposal pricing and writing, contract negotiation, and efficient marketing tools and activities.

Rentokil Boecker® Sales Consultant is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

• Implementing the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to attain the monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability
• Identifying potential clients and business opportunities by prospecting the market
• Delivering sales presentations for prospects in a professional and effective manner and inform them how they can benefit from having the safest sustainable solution for health, property and the environment through their use of Rentokil Boecker® services
• Surveying premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing when needed
• Developing ideas and creating offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools
• Presenting new products and services to existing clients and enhancing client relationships through preplanned courtesy calls and visits
• Responding to client’s needs and following up with all concerned parties on all aspects of their request
• Educating clients on the processes that will enable them to gain the most value from Rentokil Boecker® services
• Preparing detailed offers, following up till the offer becomes a contract and handling after-sales follow-up
• Handling renewals of contracts, when applicable
• Communicating effectively new sales and renewals to Operations Department
• Handling the client’s data accurately and timely on Rentokil Boecker® systems
• Documenting and delivering weekly and monthly sales reports
• Participating in events and exhibitions to promote company’s services

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent

• Experience of minimum
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling in relevant markets.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office and CRM
• Knowledgeable in reporting and monitoring with remarkable attention to details.
• Effective decision making and problem‑solving skills.
