Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an Operations Officer – Corporate to ensure pest management services are delivered to Rentokil Boecker® standards, with a client‑oriented approach that places exceptional service at the core.

You will schedule client appointments, coordinate team dispatch, maintain stock of chemicals and products, and prepare daily technician schedules to guarantee timely, effective treatments across customer sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure chemicals and non-chemical products are available in adequate quantities and monitor their consumption.
• Prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians and guarantee timely treatments.

The Operations Officer – Corporate ensures effective appointment scheduling, team dispatching, and execution of the pest management services as per Rentokil Boecker® standards. He/ She works with a Client-Oriented attitude in order to offer an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the standards set in Rentokil Boecker® Operations Manual.
• Schedule appointments as per client’s availability.
• Arrange a proper dispatching for all teams.
• Follow up on pending appointments if any and set a monthly plan to keep them to a minimum.
• Ensure that chemicals and non-chemical products are always available in adequate quantities for each team and monitor their consumption.
• Prepare daily schedules for on-site technicians and guarantee that the treatment
