Job summary

Laverne Group, a leading multi-brand retailer across beauty, cosmetics and fashion, is seeking a Performance Management Specialist in Riyadh to enhance employee performance management. You will implement KPIs, coordinate cycles, analyze results, and maintain dashboards in collaboration with the Organizational Development & Performance team.

Responsibilities include ensuring KPI relevance, driving performance cycles, and delivering insights for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 12 years of relevant experience in employee performance management or a related field.
• Good understanding of performance-management and appraisal methods, KPIs, targets, and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance results and identify variances and development needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR and performance-appraisal systems is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain employee and departmental KPIs and targets using approved performance-management templates.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure KPIs are relevant, measurable, communicated, and updated in the HR system.
• Support periodic and annual performance-review cycles and monitor completion against approved timelines.
• Monitor performance results throughout the year and identify gaps, delays, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports, dashboards, and management insights.
• Support implementation of approved performance-management project deliverables and improvement initiatives.
• Review the effectiveness and measurability of KPIs and recommend improvements to performance tools, templates, and procedures.
• Support organizational development activities, including structures, job descriptions, data analysis, and related project deliverables.
