Job summary

You will collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals, implement improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards while communicating outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's preferred.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare data and implementing performance improvements.
• Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare performance data to assess organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and present regular performance reports including KPIs, trends and benchmarks to leadership.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to develop strategic goals and initiatives.
• Lead and monitor action plans to meet performance targets and drive process improvements.
