• Experience with training program design, delivery and evaluation
• Ability to interact with management and employees to resolve conflicts

Responsibilities

• Instructs management staff in effective recruiting and interviewing techniques
• Conducts initial interviews for all positions
• Analyses recruitment sources and coordinates with external agencies for compliance
• Monitors development and utilization of staff through training program administration
• Implements new HR procedures and communicates requirements to staff
• Manages payroll, wage and benefits administration
• Ensures compliance with applicable HR laws and organizational policies
• Advises management on employee relations and performance issues
