Job summary

Echelon in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is hiring for a Talent and People Operations role. You will own end-to-end recruitment processes—from seat release to signed offers—alongside onboarding, payroll inputs and data governance within a growing framework.

You will own recruitment operations, offers and contracts, onboarding, data administration and policy cycles, ensuring accuracy and discretion while learning how a modern company is built in Saudi Arabia. Arabic and English fluency are expected.

Qualifications

• Curiosity — You ask why a process exists before you run it, and you read a labour-law rule or a pay framework the way other people read the news.
• Speed of learning — A new platform, a new rule, a new spreadsheet model: you are competent in days and fluent in weeks, and you write down what you learned so the next person is faster.
• Ownership — A process is yours from the first candidate email to the payroll file. Nothing sits waiting for a reminder.
• Discretion & warmth — Absolute discretion with pay, equity and personal data; direct and warm with candidates and new joiners; early to elevate what needs escalating.
• Where you are — Early in your career, with a first exposure to HR, talent coordination or a people-generalist role — ideally in Saudi Arabia — and either a working familiarity with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and Absher or the appetite to master them fast. Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment operations — Search-firm coordination, scheduling, case-study and panel logistics, candidate communication and the record of every process, from seat release to signed offer.
• Offers & contracts — Pricing each seat on the framework’s offer calculator, offer and employment letters, share-plan paperwork with Legal, visas and Iqama, GOSI and Qiwa registration.
• Onboarding — The first-thirty-days plan agreed with the hiring manager, equipment and access on day one, the Echelon Way induction, and the check-in that tells us whether the landing worked.
• People administration & data — One roster that is always right — levels, bands, allowances, dependants, start dates — leave and medical, education allowance on invoice, and the monthly payroll inputs handed to Finance.
• Policies & cycles — Drafting the missing people policies with the People lead, and running the calendar of the performance review programme, the annual off-site and the half-year review.
