Job summary

CNTXT is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Riyadh to manage day-to-day HR processes and provide direct support to employees, ensuring accurate and efficient administration across the employee lifecycle.

You will oversee onboarding to offboarding, HRIS management, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations to sustain a positive workplace experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh - 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• CIPD, or SHRM CP is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
• HRIS Management: The primary custodian of the Human Resources Information System.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with the enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to employee benefits.
• Payroll Support.
• Employee Inquiries.
• Support the HR team in ensuring all operational processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
