Job summary

Imployable is seeking an HR Specialist in Saudi Arabia to support daily human resources activities and assist employees and management. The role involves managing inquiries, updating records, processing leaves and attendance, and helping with onboarding and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and basic knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily employee requests and inquiries related to Human Resources.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Process leave requests, attendance records, and other employee-related transactions.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and related documentation.
• Follow and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments on HR-related matters.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee information and records.
