Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a detail-driven payments operations professional to support the availability, stability, and optimization of our payment orchestration across all sales channels. You will monitor end-to-end processes including authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks to ensure accurate handling.

Collaborating with vendors, IT, and finance, you will help maintain settlement data, support PCI DSS compliance, and drive improvements in checkout success and acceptance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in payments, financial services or merchant/airline payments operations.
• Experience with authorization, capture, settlement, refunds and chargebacks.
• Hands-on knowledge of payment ecosystems, orchestration platforms, gateways and card schemes.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS requirements and incident handling.

About the Role

Are you a detail driven payment operations professional who thrives in fast paced, high accuracy environments?

We are looking for a payments expert to support the continuous availability, stability, and optimization of our payment orchestration platform across all sales channels.

In this role, you will monitor and operate end to end payment processes including authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks to ensure accurate and timely transaction handling.

You will work on payment performance monitoring, configuration support, and testing activities that enhance acceptance rates and checkout success. All while also supporting compliance with PCI DSS, card scheme rules, IATA requirements, and regulatory standards by performing routine control checks, documenting exceptions, and escalating anomalies.

You will collaborate closely with vendors, internal technical teams, and finance partners to resolve incidents, track SLAs, support integrations, and maintain accurate settlement and reconciliation data.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years in payments, financial services, or merchant or airline payment operations.

You are expected to understand the full payment transaction lifecycle including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks, with practical experience supporting payment operations and resolving processing issues across multiple channels. You will bring hands on knowledge of payment ecosystems including orchestration platforms, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and alternative payment methods.
