• Receive patients at the clinic main entrance and escort them to the treatment area
• Show a welcoming and respectful attitude to patients and their families at all times
• Respectfully manage family members to ensure the treatment area remains safe and clinical
• Assist patients with their needs and distribute meals as per the schedule
• Support patients with medication delivery and documentation requirements
• Keep clinic equipment and assets such as wheelchairs in good working condition
• Support the daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area

The patient assistant is responsible for receiving patients at the clinic and supporting their non-medical needs throughout their treatment session You are the first face a patient sees and the last one they interact with before they leave You will report to the Head Nurse and work closely with the Assistant Head Nurse and the clinic team
