Diaverum is a Swedish-born, multinational healthcare organisation providing life-enhancing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease. With more than 15,000 employees across 25 countries, and over 1,400 colleagues in 33 cities and towns across the Kingdom, we combine global experience with strong local presence. Our vision is to transform renal care by broadening access to high-quality kidney care. This is enabled by our standardised care delivery model, continuously evolving digital and AI capabilities, and people who care with competence, passion and inspiration.
At Diaverum Saudi Arabia, the patient experience begins the moment someone walks through the clinic door. Before any clinical care is delivered, the Patient Assistant is there. How a patient is received, guided and supported during their session shapes how they feel about their care. That first and last impression matters.
We are now looking for a Patient Assistant who receives patients with warmth, supports their comfort during the treatment session and keeps the clinic running smoothly for the clinical team.
The patient assistant is responsible for receiving patients at the clinic and supporting their non-medical needs throughout their treatment session. You are the first face a patient sees and the last one they interact with before they leave.
You will report to the Head Nurse and work closely with the Assistant Head Nurse and the clinic team.
You will support patients and the clinic team throughout each treatment session.
You are warm, reliable and calm in a clinical environment. You treat every patient with dignity and you take your role in their day seriously.
You will be well-suited to this role if you:
We are looking for someone with real, hands-on experience in infection control in a clinical setting.
Dialysis patients attend treatment multiple times every week. The Patient Assistant is a consistent, familiar presence in their care journey. How you greet them, guide them and support them during each session directly affects how they experience their care at Diaverum.
If you are a people-person who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment and wants to be part of a healthcare team that makes a real difference, we want to hear from you.
