Aajil Academy, part of Aajil, offers a three-month, full-time, paid internship in Riyadh for fresh graduates who want to learn how to sell inside a fast-growing B2B fintech. You will shadow closers, then take the field with real targets and commissions, with weekly coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities include going to market, visiting customers, and handling real conversations to build rapport and close deals.

Qualifications

• Must be a university graduate or graduating via co-op.
• Very comfortable in English and able to work in the office for the full three months.
• Strong desire to learn sales, with willingness to tackle hard work and field outreach.

Responsabilités

• Go to market by visiting real customers and shadowing closers, then run your own conversations.
• Carry real targets with real commission and learn how to sell in a fast-moving fintech startup.
• Learn the Aajil selling process across prospecting, negotiating, closing, and compounding.
