alfanar is seeking a Specialist, Operations Services Support to manage overseas candidate visa processing and onboarding. You will coordinate with agencies, verify documents, and guide candidates through procedures to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.

You will maintain records, report progress, and collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to optimize visa workflows, reimbursements, and travel arrangements while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Aufgaben

• Assist overseas candidates and coordinate with agencies for visa processing.
• Verify required documents and share them with the relevant agency.
• Provide guidance to candidates on visa procedures and follow up on document preparation.
• Ensure all visa processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes from the Saudi Embassy.
• Maintain accurate records of visa details, candidate information, and processing status.
• Communicate with agencies to track visa progress and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the travel team for candidate flight arrangements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and agencies.
• Assist with commercial visit visas and candidate reimbursements.
• Collect data from agencies on processing SLAs and candidate expenses.
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
• Solve any related problems arise and escape any complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
