Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting is seeking an HR professional in Saudi Arabia to oversee end-to-end HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding. The role involves visa procedures with offshore agencies, maintaining employee data in ERP/ESS, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

You will coordinate with department heads, clients, and candidates to keep onboarding status up to date, manage SLAs, and handle government-related tasks such as iqama renewals and GOSI payments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations from onboarding to offboarding.
• Liaise with offshore visa agencies and manage business visa procedures.
• Utilize ERP/ESS to maintain accurate employee data.
• Handle pre- and post- joining activities, Labour law, compliance, policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with department heads, clients and candidates on onboarding status.
• Maintain SLAs with consultants and clients.
• Coordinate payroll inputs from clients.
• Familiar with systems like Mudad, QIWA, GOSI, MOL, COC, MOFA.
• Manage government relation services such as iqama renewal, exit/re-entry visa, chamber of commerce, GOSI payments.
• Foster client relationships and collaborate across HR partners to drive high performance.
• Ensure requests from employees and clients are fulfilled within set TAT.
• Guide candidates through induction and onboarding processes.
• Maintain file maintenance of employment contracts.

Job description

• Responsible for HR operations from Onboarding to Offboarding.
• Aware about Business Visa procedures and has experience in dealing with Offshore visa agencies.
• Efficient use of ERP/ESS to maintain employee data
• Manage pre & post-joining functions, Labour law, compliance, policies and procedures and
• Ensure regular and open communication is maintained with Department heads, clients and candidates to ensure all stakeholders are updated on application and on-boarding status.
• Maintaining SLAs with consultants and Clients
• Responsible for Payroll inputs from client
• Aware with the systems (Mudad, QIWA, GOSI, MOL, COC, MOFA,etc..)
• Responsible for government relation services like iqama renewal, exit re-entry visa, chamber of commerce, GOSI payments, etc
• Maintaining client relationship.
• Responsible for Medical Insurance (Renewal ,enrolment, invoices verification, deletion, upgrade, etc
• To collaborate across the business and with other HR partners to drive a high-performance team environment and accelerate business growth.
• Ensure that all the requests from employees and client-end are adhered to within the set TAT.
• Guiding (induction) with candidates regarding the on-boarding process for the smooth and successful on-boarding.
• Responsible for and file maintenance of Employees including Employment contracts.
