Job summary

Masar, a dedicated outpatient rehabilitation center in Jeddah, seeks an experienced Outpatient Clinics Manager to lead daily operations, optimize clinic workflows, and ensure high-quality patient care on-site.

You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, monitor KPIs, develop improvement plans, manage scheduling and capacity, and collaborate with medical and marketing teams to enhance patient experience and service utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in outpatient clinic management or as a Clinic Manager.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvements.
• Proven ability to lead teams across clinical and administrative departments.
• Familiarity with healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee outpatient clinics operations, ensuring efficient daily workflow and high-quality healthcare services.
• Develop operational and improvement plans for clinics and monitor their implementation to achieve the center's objectives.
• Monitor clinic performance, analyze operational and financial results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop plans to increase revenue and grow services for each clinic in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as clinic utilization rate, number of visits, patient satisfaction, patient retention, and revenue performance.
