Job summary

Confidential in Jeddah seeks an experienced operations leader to develop an integrated operational and administrative framework that supports growth and sustainability in the mental health and family counseling sector.

You will lead the design and implementation of processes, policies, and KPIs, while coordinating contracts, partnerships, and regulatory compliance to ensure excellent service delivery and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in operations management, healthcare, or service-based organizations.
• Experience building systems and processes from the ground up.
• Experience in contract development and institutional relationship management.
• Familiarity with clinic management systems, automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong negotiation, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the organization’s operational and administrative processes.
• Review, develop, and manage contracts and agreements with therapists and service providers.
• Develop and document organizational policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and operational performance.
• Develop the organizational structure and clarify roles and responsibilities to improve efficiency.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and automate appointment scheduling and management processes.
• Oversee licensing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop customer experience processes and mechanisms for measuring client satisfaction.
• Develop onboarding processes and protocols for new therapists.
• Establish business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Develop and manage institutional relationships with referral entities and strategic partners.
• Support the organization’s online reputation management and institutional presence.
• Prepare operational reports and analysis to support management decision-making and future expansion.
