You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, monitor KPIs, develop improvement plans, manage scheduling and capacity, and collaborate with medical and marketing teams to enhance patient experience and service utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in outpatient clinic management or as a Clinic Manager.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvements.
• Proven ability to lead teams across clinical and administrative departments.
• Familiarity with healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements is advantageous.

Role Description

The Outpatient Clinics Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Masar's outpatient services, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This full-time, on-site role in Jeddah includes managing clinic schedules, supervising staff, coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans, and monitoring service delivery to meet clinical and organizational standards. The manager will handle resource allocation, support adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, and optimize workflows to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with medical and administrative teams, addressing patient and family concerns, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the outpatient clinics.

Requirements:

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare/administrative field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in outpatient clinic management or as a Clinic Manager in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• 3. Experience in managing clinic operations and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• 4. Experience in developing performance improvement plans, enhancing operational efficiency, and maximizing healthcare service utilization.
• 5. Experience in managing teams and coordinating between medical and administrative departments.
• 6. Knowledge of healthcare quality standards and accreditation requirements is an added advantage

• 9. Prepare periodic operational reports and submit recommendations to executive management.
• 10. Lead continuous improvement and development initiatives for outpatient clinics in alignment with healthcare quality and accreditation standards.
• 11. Manage clinic capacity and scheduling to optimize appointment availability, improve resource utilization, and reduce appointment gaps and no-show rates.
• 12. Analyze market needs and support the development of new clinics, services, and treatment programs to enhance growth opportunities.
• 13. Develop and improve the patient journey from initial contact, appointment scheduling, clinical visits, follow-up, and referral to other services.
• 14. Monitor clinic financial performance, including operational costs, revenue performance, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• 15. Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
• 16. Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to improve patient acquisition, referral sources, and service utilization.
