Job summary

NOYA Clinics - عيادات نويا seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, implement policies, and manage administrative and support teams. You will coordinate with medical departments, monitor staffing and patient flow, and ensure top-tier service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or medical facilities.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic or healthcare facility.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Supervise administrative, front-office, and support teams.
• Coordinate with medical departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, and staffing requirements.
• Prepare and monitor staff schedules and workforce allocation.
• Monitor patient flow, appointment management, and waiting times.
• Ensure an excellent patient experience and high customer service standards.
• Handle operational issues, patient complaints, and escalations.
• Monitor clinic performance against operational and financial KPIs.
• Analyze operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Control operational expenses and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor inventory, medical supplies, equipment, and facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other departments to support business operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management activities.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare regular operational reports and present performance updates to senior management.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to achieving revenue and growth targets.
