The candidate should have 5–8 years in Sales and Operations Management within healthcare, with strong leadership and regulatory compliance experience. On-site position with full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Education: Medical Doctor or Pharmacist.
• 5–8 years in Sales and Operations Management role.
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define polyclinic strategy and KPIs for the designated area.
• Lead polyclinic operations to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage customer service standards and drive guest satisfaction and NPS.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and local regulatory requirements (CBAHI, GCI).
• Oversee recruitment, talent development and engagement with HRBP and leadership.
