Job summary

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a Dispatch Planner to manage and coordinate warehouse and logistics tasks in line with HSEQ standards and service targets.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate across production, customer service and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor and 2–3 years in warehouse/dispatch with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse or dispatch experience.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service to track product availability and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery and support OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries with departments to achieve high service levels.
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse and ensure efficient operation.
• Report, monitor, and analyze Warehouse/Logistics KPIs while following HSEQ rules.
