The role leads succession planning, leadership development, and policy development to align HR with business goals. It requires a strong track record in OD/Talent, excellent communication, and fluency in English, with experience across HR functions in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OD, Talent & Performance Management or L&D.
• Strong time management and teamwork.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Computer operating skills.
• Good communications skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning.
• Design workforce planning models and monitor headcount vs. plan.
• Execute promotions and transfers based on boards and performance.
• Oversee leadership development and career pathing programs.
