Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in OD, Talent & Performance Management or L&D.
• Strong time management, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
