Job summary

Wakeb_Data in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to lead Talent & Development, shaping structures and capabilities to drive strategic objectives.

You will design and implement OD initiatives, partner across functions, manage change programs, and build a high-performing culture through effective policies, descriptions, and KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR.
• Certification or advanced degree in OD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and OD practices.
• Strong analytical skills in organizational analysis, design, and policy development.
• Excellent project management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update the company’s organizational structure in line with strategy.
• Create and maintain job descriptions across departments.
• Design initiatives to improve performance and organizational maturity.
• Review policies and procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with departments to identify organizational needs and solutions.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Support change initiatives and strengthen company culture.
