Job summary

Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) Ltd. seeks a seasoned HR professional to support organization design, development and change interventions.

You will ensure design aligns with strategy, maintain job descriptions and grading, and coordinate with C&B on salary benchmarks. The role requires eight years of relevant experience and a Bachelor degree in HR or Business Administration, with CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Eight (08) years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
• Professional Certification from Chartered Institute (CIPD, SHRM).

Responsibilities

• Provide support in planning and implementing organization design, development and change interventions.
• Ensure organization design elements align with strategy and goals.
• Conduct evaluations, benchmark structures, define processes and realign them to business goals.
• Develop organization structure, span of control, job descriptions, grading and job families as needed.
• Coordinate with Compensation & Benefits team on grading, promotions and salary benchmarks.
• Create surveys to evaluate effectiveness and identify efficiency improvements.
• Review job descriptions for consistency with policies and procedures.
• Ensure OM systems reflect approved structure, positions, authority, workflows and ERP data.
• Participate in HR projects and organization development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
