Job summary

ASMO seeks an HR professional to enable robust HR services across multiple sites, acting as the central point of contact for employees and overseeing HR operational activities. You will handle payroll, leave, and colleague queries while ensuring compliant processes.

With a bachelor's degree and 5 years in HR, CIPD preferred, you will deliver training, manage requests, and maintain records in the HRIS, aligning with policies and performance programs to support ASMO's growth.

Responsibilities

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective

The role holder is responsible for enabling the provision of robust human resources services and support ASMO employees across the various sites, acting as the focal point of contact for ASMO employees for all HR aspects and overseeing efficient and effective delivery of HR operational activities.

General Responsibilities

• Provide support in all aspects of HR operations including payroll administration, query resolution of colleagues, leave administration etc.
• Provide HR services to the business and staff and serves as a point of contact for all HR activities and tasks.
• Conduct training as required ensuring administered training is aligned with overall training program and policies.
• Action colleague requests on an on-going basis. These may include but not limited to vacation requests, transfers, colleague certificates, etc.
• Conduct the colleague separation process, thereby ensuring smooth exit of colleague from the organization in terms of exit documentation, full and final settlement etc
• Ensure compliance with statutory provisions and internal guidelines with respect to people practices and processes.
• Prepare communication material and assist with implementation of the performance management system to enable enforcement of the same across ASMO.
• Maintain HR documentation, reports, colleague records through ASMO’s HRIS system by following established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
• CIPD preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• 5 years’ experience in the same Field.
• Deadline is one month from posting.
