Job summary

yanbu aramco sinopec refining company (yasref) ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead Organization design, development and change initiatives.

You will plan, implement and control organization design activities, ensure alignment with strategy, and support efficient HR solutions across the business. The role requires a Bachelor degree in HR or business administration, with CIPD or SHRM certification and about eight years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or equivalent.
• Professional certification CIPD or SHRM.
• Eight years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in planning and implementing Organization design, development and change interventions.
• Develop organization structure, span of control, job descriptions, titles, bands, evaluation and grading.
• Determine structural design for efficient workflow, communication and decision making.
• Facilitate job analysis, new position creation and organization structure methodology.
• Coordinate with C&B team on grading, promotions and salary benchmarking.
• Create surveys to evaluate effectiveness and identify efficiency improvements.
• Review and ensure consistency of job descriptions with policies and procedures.
• Analyze issues and propose solutions for organizational change and development projects.
• Ensure OM systems support organization functioning according to approved structure and workflows.
• Perform job evaluations for new and current positions and update as needed.
• Design and maintain jobs linked to career paths and ladders.
• Regularly review organizational structure to recommend improvements.
• Provide inputs on HR projects and Organization Development initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
