Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Consulting professional in Saudi Arabia to help clients realize value from Oracle solutions through design, implementation, and optimization. You will contribute to complex transformation programs, work with cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that improve efficiency and business performance.

The role requires 4–7+ years of Oracle experience, fluency in English, and a solid grasp of ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or EBS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, finance, HR, or related field.
• Approximately 4-7+ years in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, EPM Cloud, or EBS.
• Completed at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes enabled by Oracle tech.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex Oracle transformation programs across public and private sectors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical Oracle-based designs and configurations.
• Participate in deployment activities, testing, training, and go-live support.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Approximately 4-7 + years of relevant professional experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support projects. (Grade will be subject to interview evaluation upon selection).
• Experience working with one or more Oracle solution areas, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and/or Oracle EBS.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are enabled through Oracle technologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle-based solutions.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working within consulting firms or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Oracle certifications are considered a plus.
