Job summary

EY Riyadh is seeking an experienced Technology Consulting professional to help clients design, implement and optimize Oracle solutions that drive business value. You will work on complex transformation programs across industries, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, English fluency, and the ability to translate business needs into practical Oracle-based solutions within EY's consulting framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated in the job description.
• 4-7+ years of Oracle consulting, implementation, or support experience.
• Experience with Oracle solution areas listed (ERP/HCM/SCM/EPM/EBS).
• Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation project.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage; Oracle certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Oracle transformation projects across industries.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; support solution design activities.
• Configure Oracle applications and assist with implementation tasks.
• Support business process improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Participate in testing: system integration, user acceptance, and defect resolution.
• Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Identify risks and issues and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to proposals, demos, and business development when required.
• Share knowledge and support junior team members; adhere to EY standards.
