Job summary

EY in Riyadh seeks a Technology Consulting professional to drive Oracle transformation projects, helping clients design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions across industries. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure applications, and support testing, data migration, and post-go-live activities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business/Finance/HR.
• 4-7+ years of Oracle consulting/implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, SCM Cloud, EPM Cloud, and/or EBS.
• Participation in at least one full-cycle Oracle implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and Oracle-based solutions.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and deployment.
• Familiar with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in consulting firms or large enterprises preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Oracle certifications are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle transformation projects across industries.

• Identify project risks and issues and elevate them appropriately.
• Contribute to proposal development, demonstrations, and business development activities where required.

The opportunity

As part of EY's Technology Consulting practice, you will work with leading organizations across the public and private sectors, helping clients design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions that drive business value. You will work on complex transformation programs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Working across industries and geographies, you will gain exposure to large‑scale transformation initiatives while developing the consulting, leadership, and technical skills needed to thrive in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key profile requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 4-7 + years of relevant professional experience in Oracle consulting, implementation, or support projects. (Grade will be subject to interview evaluation upon selection).
• Experience working with one or more Oracle solution areas, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, and/or Oracle EBS.
• Participation in at least one full‑cycle Oracle implementation project.
• Strong understanding of business processes and how they are enabled through Oracle technologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training and deployment activities.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle‑based solutions.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working within consulting firms or large enterprise organizations is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Oracle certifications are considered a plus.
