Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing in Riyadh seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant for a full-time, permanent role. You will work with clients to implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Performance Management.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of Oracle HCM experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, and strong communication to train end-users and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong HR process knowledge and best practices.
• Experience designing, configuring, implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent & Performance Mgmt.
• Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Oracle HCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and guide Oracle HCM implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance).
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues; provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct testing and support UAT to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and business analysts to deliver solutions.
• Stay updated with Oracle HCM updates and industry trends.
• Provide end-user training and support on Oracle HCM modules.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on implementing Oracle HCM solutions
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends to provide best-in-class solutions to clients
